Raisa Hossain's paper "Pulmonary Artery-to-Aorta Ratio Estimation via Landmark-Guided Orthogonal Slicing" was accepted to the MICCAI Thoracic Image Analysis (TIA) 2026 workshop. Raisa presented her work at the international conference in Strasbourg, France. In this work, we present a fully automated pipeline utilizing a multi-task attention U-Net to predict vessel segmentation and landmarks that guide centerline extraction, allowing PA:A computation on cross-sections strictly perpendicular to the 3D vessel centerline.
