I am a PhD student in the Department of Biomedical Engineering at the University of Iowa. I hold a Master of Technology in Signal Processing and a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communication Engineering. Under the supervision of Dr. Claudia Mello-Thoms and Dr. Sarah E. Gerard , my current research focuses on radiologists' visual search behavior in breast cancer screening. I am particularly interested in the intersection of machine learning and medical imaging, and my work aims to enhance our understanding of how radiologists perceive and interpret both 2D digital mammograms and 3D digital breast tomosynthesis.
