Biography
Work Experience:
- He worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Iowa. He researched the usage of mid-infrared lasers in cancer ablation therapies while also doing system design and automation.
- Teaching Assistant at the University of Iowa for an upper-level undergraduate electronic circuits course.
Research Interests:
Using deep learning technology on MRI and CT images to develop novel diagnostic techniques to further the field of medicine.
Hobbies:
- Traveling – I’m always looking to expand my cultural horizons by looking for new and exciting places to explore and experience different cuisines.
- Going to the theater, local festivals, and exploring museums.
- Outdoor activities such as: hiking, sailing, kayaking.
- Reading and learning new things.
